Organising Events in Europe
We have been organising events and supplying exhibition equipment for over twenty years in Europe. From a themed conference in Rome with all the associated games to supplying cash cubes in Barcelona, with real money inside for an internet gambling promotion. We have a wide range of equipment that will attract guests to an exhibition stand. We have event taken fun casino tables to Monte Carlo of all places. The reason why the European events are a success is the planning. We always allow extra travel days, to ensure equipment is in the area prior to the set up date. This takes the stress out of everything for the organisers, we always try to view the venue prior so we know the access / unloading etc. We always have spares, even multiple machines on the vehicle in case of problems. We always stay as close as we can to the venue so you have a technician to call upon should you need him. We do not air freight games where they get damaged, we will set up all equipment and make sure your staff are knowledgeable on how to run the games before we leave. We will not fly staff home, this is not cost effective and they are better being on site should they be called upon.
We are obviously predominantly English speaking but have staff who are fluent in Polish, French, Spanish and German. We can supply English speaking staff if the event is mainly in English or promotional staff and girls fluent in a variety of languages
